Unfortunately— more often than not, business leadership contact me in what may feel like their darkest hour. They are often scared, confused, and overwhelmed because— despite their best efforts over a long and arduous period of time, they have not yet found the right formula to scale their struggling operations. They realize that while they love their business and would do anything, and have done everything to make it work, they may no longer know how to make it work in a way their business and employees needs.

It’s easy to celebrate success, however when the business isn’t doing well it can be one of the most humbling of experiences. It is especially humbling when we are forced to accept that we may be unable to go on in ways and fashion we love the most about the business and the ways that previously worked well.

It is not the end of the line— it is the beginning of a new set of solutions.
