My life has been shaped by numerous turning points, each refining my thought process, broadening my experience, and reshaping my focus. Well traveled, Carey, me and the kids have settled our business' and life in her home town of Omaha Nebraska. Over the last decade, its has been quite a unique journey, punctuated by spontaneous improvisation, unconventional opportunities, and a myriad of experiences—some extraordinary, some not. This path, with its many imperfections, has given us a rich, real-life patina that has significantly contributed to our success, a testament to the contributions of many others. One core value that unites my wife Carey and me still resounds powerfully within us—our innate, fervent desire to create opportunities for others.
